About This Career Opportunity:
We are currently seeking a high-performing and Part-time / FlexibleÂMember Service Representative, who is focused on helping ourÂmembers achieve their financial goals and dreams.ÂÂTheÂSenior Member Service Representative is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the branch in the absence of the Assistant Manager and/or Branch Manager and whom serves as a sales and service role model for the Member Services staffÂwhile simultaneously assisting our membersÂin understanding all of the valuable & unique differences which an Educational Systems Federal Credit Union membership has to offer. The Sr. MSR also supports theÂBranch Manager in maintaining a member focusedÂsales and service culture within the branch andÂsupports the Credit Unions membership and asset growth goals by participating in sales campaigns and community outreach events.ÂÂThis requires the willingness to go the extra mile to assist our members by effectively cross-selling the products and services that meet the members specific needs.
Position Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED), Associate degree preferred. Minimum ofÂ2 years financial experience required.ÂOne (1) year experience in outside sales and/or business development is preferred. Must have experience selling and cross selling products or services or sales training. Must be able to meet and /or exceed sales goals. Ability to perform routine mathematical calculations. Requires the ability to communicate effectively and function in a financial institution branch environment. A typical work-week is comprised of four (4) 5 hour shifts, but is subject to change as business dictates.
