Small "extra income - cleaning job"
We are a cleaning company that has a bank location that needs nightly cleaning in the CHARLOTTE HALL market. The location will take approximately 45 minutes, (+/-) each night
THIS POSITION REQUIRES THE CLEANING TO BE DONE EVERY NIGHT, (Monday - Saturday), WITH THE ONLY EXCEPTION WHEN THE BANKS ARE CLOSED FOR HOLIDAYS.
COMPENSATION: FLAT RATE $25 PER CLEANING
LOCATION: CHARLOTTE HALL, MD
Duties Include:
Sweeping
Mopping
Dusting as needed
Wiping down surfaces
Clean employee restroom and break-room
Vacuum as needed
Take out trash nightly
Paid training first night. Start ASAP.
Hours of Service are any time between 6pm and 12midnight.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must Be Able To Lift 10+ pounds Regularly Every Day, Bend, Stretch, Climb Stairs, Climb A Ladder, Reach, Twist, Sit, Walk, and squat. Must Be Comfortable Working On Feet For Entire Shift.
Qualifications:
MUST have a reliable car to drive from one location to the next.
Previous cleaning experience a PLUS.
NOTE: Must be authorized to work in the US. This is a Part Time employment opportunity.
