We are seeking a Lead Cleaning Technician with professional experience and 1- 2 more Cleaning Technicians to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment in both client homes and commercial buildings.
Job Types: Part-time/ Full-time- We are hiring for a part time position for a candidate who may desire full time within 3-6 months.
Responsibilities:
Keep client's homes and offices in clean and sanitized condition with attention to presentation
To learn product usage and interactions- both green products and traditional
Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors and scrubbing long term and short term stains
Perform routine maintenance tasks to a high quality with good time management skills
Organize custodial closets and spaces
Maintain cleanliness and working condition of cleaning equipment and supplies
Give the personal touch and friendly customer service
Be prompt and understand the value of attendance
Maintain a good and professional attitude in all situations

Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
Traditional product knowledge
Ability to handle physical workload
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Strong customer service skills
