Bayshore Creative Images is a residential & commercial real estate photography company. We provide listing photos and other services to enhance the sales of listings for real estate agents. A photography background and Lightroom experience is helpful but we will train the right person for our team.
Looking for part time photographers. You can create a schedule that fits your needs to earn income weekly. Shoots are scheduled during daytime hours, typically between 9am-4pm Monday-Friday. Some weekends as needed. This position is great for retirees or someone looking for a second income that has time during weekday & daylight hours to work. Each shoot/job will pay $74-$136 depending on the size of the home and services it is receiving.
This position requires:
Willing to train the right person if willing to invest in camera equipment
Attention to detail and able to learn new skills
A reliable car and valid drivers license
Up to date computer/laptop with high speed internet at home
Able to travel within a 35 mile radius of your house to shoots
Able to complete 1-5 shoots per day
DSLR Camera, capable of 5 bracketing, 24+ Megapixel
Sturdy tripod
Wide Angle Lens - Anywhere between 17-40 mm or equivalent
Photographer’s Responsibilities
Check schedule daily for appointments
Prepare equipment for upcoming appointments
Travel to your appointments a few minutes early
Perform pre-shoot walkthroughs of the property
Send photos to the editor by the end of each day for post-production
Upload and send photos from the day before each morning.
Background checks are required!
