Administrative Assistant to payroll/billing and Quality Assurance
Duties may include but will not be limited to:
Review LTSS reports daily to ensure employees are clocking in and out.
Prepare documentation for billing specialist to enter manual time requests.
Track number of times employees fail to clock in/out correctly during a month
Prepare authorization sheets for employees to ensure the employee is aware of hours they are authorized to work.
Keep track of respite hour usage to ensure annual authorization of respite hours is not exceeded.
