We are a senior citizen non-profit lobbying organization looking to hire a positive, energetic employee with great customer service skills, work ethic, and data entry experience. We are also looking for someone who can work autonomously with no distractions at home since this will be a work-from-home position. The job can potentially go full-time after 90 days, depending on work performance, unless you prefer to stay part-time.
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Answers incoming telephone calls and/or forwards to appropriate staff members with a multi-line phone system
- Answers telephonic inquiries
- Ensures voicemail messages are answered in a proper and timely manner
- Makes corrections in the member database
- Performs other duties as instructed by the Administrative Director
Part-time hours: 9am-3:00pm Mon-Fri with 30min lunch break.
Skills: Microsoft Office Suite, research, communication, social media posting experience, problem-solving, and time management.
