Are you a motivated self-starter looking to take control of your income? We're seeking independent 1099 Sales Contractors to join our growing team of storm damage experts across Maryland.
In this door-to-door role, you’ll help homeowners identify hail and wind damage on their roofs and guide them through the insurance claims process. We provide the training—you bring the drive and discipline.
What You'll Do:
Go door-to-door in storm-affected neighborhoods to generate leads
Perform initial roof damage inspections (training provided)
Educate homeowners on their insurance rights and coverage
Assist clients in filing claims and guide them through the approval process
Coordinate roof repair or replacement with our production team
Requirements:
Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to walk roofs and work outdoors in varying weather
Self-motivated with a drive to succeed
Sales experience preferred, but not required—we train the right candidates
