Prep Academy Tutors of Southern Maryland seeks a passionate and motivated Education Sales Consultant to join our team on a part-time, 100% commission basis. Position: Education Sales Consultant
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and partners
Build and maintain relationships with schools, parents, and community organizations
Conduct consultations to understand clients' educational needs and provide tailored tutoring solutions
Collaborate with the teaching team to ensure a seamless transition for students into our programs
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and strategic planning
Represent Prep Academy Tutors at local events and conferences
Qualifications:
Experience in education, preferably with a background in teaching
Proven track record in sales, with the ability to meet and exceed targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Passion for helping students succeed and a commitment to educational excellence
