Door to Door Field Sales Manager.

Duties
Travel with team into the field every day
Run appointments with Sales Reps and identify areas of improvement
Train Sales Reps every day in the field
Manage Sales team to meet weekly quotas
Requirements
2 years of Outside Sales experience
Full time availability
Must be over the age of 18
Disciplined, Self-motivated and Ambitious
Ability to work evenings and weekends
Natural Leadership Skills
Strong customer service and people skills
Excellent communication
Energetic and strong work ethic
Able to work with minimal supervision and in a team environment
Excellent Pay
