Job title: Property Maintenance Tech
We’re hiring a motivated, hard-working person to join our property maintenance team.
This is a hands-on job doing general home repairs, landscaping, and light equipment maintenance. Every day is different. Most work is in Calvert County and Washington, DC, with occasional jobs farther out.

REQUIREMENTS:
Must be in Dunkirk, MD by 6:30 AM, Monday–Friday
Work hours: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, almost every day
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Physically able to work outdoors and use tools
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dependable
EXPERIENCE IS A BONUS, BUT NOT REQUIRED.
We’ll train the right person—motivation and reliability are more important than a resume.

WORK INCLUDES:
Painting, drywall, minor repairs
Lawn care, trimming, outdoor cleanup
Light plumbing, electrical, and handyman work
Cleaning and prepping properties between tenants or rentals
Equipment maintenance (mowers, blowers, etc.)
