Your Role:
Prepare interior spaces for painting, including sanding, priming, and masking.
Apply paint, stains, or finishes to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces with precision.
Collaborate with clients to ensure their expectations are met or exceeded.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: At least 2 years of residential painting experience preferred.
Skills: Proficiency with brushes, rollers, and sprayers; knowledge of various paint types and finishes.
Attention to Detail: Ability to deliver neat, high-quality results.
Physical Ability: Comfortable working on ladders and standing for extended periods.
Positive Attitude: Friendly, dependable, and a team player.
Reliable Transportation: Must have a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
