Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Project Manager. In this role, you will be expected to handle various tasks including meeting coordination, logistic arrangement, record keeping, and system management, among others. Responsibilities: Accurately and efficiently coordinate various meetings, ensuring clear communication of deadlines, timelines, and deliverables to all stakeholders Systematically record and distribute meeting minutes to all relevant parties Handle the registration process for participants in a timely and efficient manner Utilize tools such as Google Suite and Zoom for effective communication and collaboration Assist in the creation of surveys using platforms like Qualtrics Provide structural support for the team by setting up necessary systems and tools Transition the team to a project management system, effectively managing the change process Utilize skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for various tasks and processes Implement your knowledge of program management to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Requirements Position title: Project Manager Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role Proven ability to coordinate and schedule meetings Experience in coordinating logistics for various projects Demonstrated skill in preparing and distributing meeting minutes Proficiency in recording minutes during meetings and follow-ups Experience in handling voter registration and understanding the registration process Proficient in program management and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
