We are looking for Asset Management Coordinator who will support our client's PC Refresh Project. The role will involve scheduling for the PCR team, shipping for both PC refresh and steady state, and processing PC refresh returns.

As Asset Management Coordinator, you will manage the schedule for our 2 person PC refresh team to ensure good velocity and get basic IT Asset management experience from assigning hardware to users, shipping, and return hardware processing.
A Day in the Life
Schedule the following weeks PC refresh events
Assign hardware to users in our inventory tracking software
Able to manage physical demands of job; such as moving large quantities of hardware on a cart (up to 475 lbs), lift packages of hardware returned by employees (up to 75 lbs), and move as needed to count all hardware
Office 365 experience
Outlook
Excel
Word
Knowledge of basic computer components
Ability to use scanner gun and/or cell phone applications
Strong written and oral communication skills
Schedule
Hours per week: 40 hours
Workdays: Monday through Friday
