Various (12 hour) shifts, Imaging DepartmentEnsuring contractual SLA’s are met by tracking jobs through the production process.Verify all MRDF files are reconciled and closed out in JTR daily.Perform routine, but varied, clerical duties on the manufacturing floor in accordance with standard proceduresProvide clerical support by recording, entering and verifying data from a variety of sources and documentsMaintain records: compile standard reports, file, tabulate, and perform routine clerical tasks related to manufacturingApply knowledge of department policies and procedures, and utilize a general understanding of other departments and functionsMay be responsible for data entry, reporting, checking or verifying of information, generation of reports and responding to data requestsResponsible for maintaining department filesMay assist with production planning and special projects
