The Supply Specialist is responsible to maintain proper inventory levels of supplies and materials required for production.Various shifts available with shift differentials, they include the following:A Shift Monday - Wednesday and every other Sunday, 7 am to 7 pmB Shift  Thurs - Sat  and every other Sunday, 7 am to 7 pmC shift, Thurs - Sat and every other Saturday, 12 PM to 12 AMD Shift Wednesday - Friday and every other Saturday, 7 pm to 7 am Responsibilities:Pull or replenish inventory and production supplies for various departments to meet production requirements.Perform manual and clerical duties related to the receipt of materials and supplies via freight or third-party LTL carrier.Investigate and correct inventory discrepancies. Work with production staff to perform periodic review of inventory stock, recording quantity, type, and value of materials on hand.Maintain necessary files and documentation.May ensure shipment and delivery time schedules are maintained.Assist with maintaining chemical inventory and storage.May complete and maintain all required documents required for handling & shipping Hazardous and Non-hazardous waste.Perform other duties as assigned.
