Fleet Manager

Key Responsibilities:Fleet Maintenance and Cleanliness:Oversee the maintenance schedules for all delivery vehicles, ensuring timely inspections, repairs, and servicing.Ensure that all vehicles meet cleanliness standards, both interior and exterior, to represent the Domino's brand.Coordinate with external service providers for specialized maintenance and cleaning tasks as needed.Operations Management:Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to vehicle operation and safety.Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure the well-being of drivers and the public.Maintain accurate records of vehicle registrations, insurance, and inspection reports.On-Call and Flexible Scheduling:Be available for on-call responsibilities to address urgent fleet-related issues outside of regular working hours.Maintain a flexible schedule to meet the dynamic needs of the fleet operations.Fleet Budget Management:Manage the fleet budget, including expenses related to fuel, maintenance, and repairs.Monitor and control costs to ensure financial efficiency.Prepare and present budget reports to senior management.Team Leadership and Development:Supervise and support delivery drivers, providing guidance and resolving any issues that arise.Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to drivers.Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and employee engagement.Additional Responsibilities:Perform other duties as assigned to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
