Description We are offering an opportunity for a Payroll Specialist in the construction/contractor industry based in UPPER MARLBORO, Maryland, 20774-7410, United States. The role involves processing payrolls, managing accounting software systems, and handling project accounting tasks. You will be working closely with our team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.Responsibilities: Process weekly payroll efficiently and accurately. Use various accounting software systems for payroll processing and record keeping. Handle all aspects of Certified Payroll and ensure compliance with regulations. Manage check processing tasks to ensure timely and accurate payment. Utilize Sage Timberline Software for various payroll and accounting tasks. Perform project accounting duties as required. Maintain accurate records of all payroll activities. Handle all aspects of construction accounting for payroll.
