As a quotations specialist you will communicate with vendors, lighting agents, customers, and fellow team members. Reports to: Sales ManagerMinimum Qualifications:
2 years of industry experience
Fluent with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
Skilled in PDF editing
Ability to write and speak in English
ADDITIONAL COMPETENCIES:
Well-developed verbal and written skills with detail orientation
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency to anticipate and meet deadlines
Ability to establish priorities, maintain flexibility and work independently while managing multiple projects
Practice sound judgement, solve problems, and produce a quality and accurate work product

Perform take-offs for materials to be quoted
