PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Work for this Project shall include the restoration of the lower level (first floor) including installation of new walls, ceilings, and interior finishes to re-establish the original layout with modifications to address ADA compliance and current code requirements. Work includes new cabinetry, visual display boards, doors, frames, hardware, and all mechanical, plumbing, and electrical system. Work also includes installation of foodservice equipment as provided by the Owner.
