PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Work for this Project shall include security improvements to the main entrance vestibule at Westmar Middle School as identified within the Contract Drawings and Specifications: Modify entrance storefront by removing glazing to provide for new entrance door by General Office, remove existing window at General Office/Lobby to install new entrance door into office area and a transaction window with remaining opening with window glazing to match existing. Install new security vestibule as configured ‘L’ shaped adjacent to General Office including vision frames, and walls. Reconfigure/replace reception counter and provide ADA access. Patch and repair existing finishes as required. Provide any and all associated work not noted above including modifications to electric, lighting, fire alarm, data and security to meet intent of project.
