Position: Order Fulfillment Specialist - Full Time
Starting Pay: $12.50 - $14.50hr
Hop Havoc is seeking an Order Fulfillment Specialist. The Order Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for processing orders to ship via UPS/FEDEX as well as palletizing large freight orders. The ideal candidate for this position is a focused self-starter, cognizant of time management and detail oriented.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Use order management system and websites to facilitate client orders in accordance with company guidelines.
- Must learn and have full knowledge of product line including weights/product sizes.
- Complete a wide range of warehouse functions; Labeling, box making, loading/unloading trailers, moving
stowed product to various locations using pallet jacks and pallet stackers.
- Fulfill and organize orders to ensure customer delivery process is efficient and accurate.
- Work with Supervisor to create accurate invoices/sales orders as well as accurate shipping documentation for
domestic and international shipments.
- Utilize powered material handling equipment
- Prioritizing individual workload according to client priority level and daily management communication
- Communicating and quality issues which impact client orders to your supervisor
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by management
Role Specifics:
- Schedule - Full Time
- Environment: Warehouse environment with temperatures ranging from 32 degrees.
- Job Demands: Regular physical activity, including lifting to 50lbs repetitively
- Must be able to stand/walk for 8-10 hours. Each shift will have breaks.
- You will be required to take PIT (Powered Industrial Vehicle) i.e. Pallet Jack, Walkie Rider training
Qualifications
We need to you to have:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Good enough vision and hearing to operate powered equipment safely
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
We'd like you to have:
- Prior warehouse experience
- Knowledge or experience in Craft Beer Industry
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient in QuickBooks
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
