The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in operating and maintaining various machines, ensuring production efficiency and product quality. Operate and monitor machinery to ensure proper functioning and quality output.
Set up machines according to specifications and production schedules.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment.
Troubleshoot machine issues and perform basic repairs as needed.
Maintain accurate production records and report any discrepancies.
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals.
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or experience is a plus.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operating role preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly.
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and safety.
Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods.
