We have an immediate opportunity with one of our largest clients for Helpdesk Support in Andover, MA. The ideal candidate should have 5-8 years of experience as Helpdesk Support with strong experience in Desktop/Laptop/Workstations in a small/large infrastructure environment. As an experienced technician on the Desktop Support team, will be responsible for partnering with both IT design teams and Level 1 Service Desk to provide support for core infrastructure and desktop technologies standard to 's operating environment. Must have experience in primary desktop support for Windows Operating System, Mobile Device Management Infrastructure, Video Conferencing systems, and L3 application teams. Must have experience in Mobile Device Management and Mobile Web Apps, iOS, etc. Must have experience in Active Directory Administration and Infrastructure Design. Must have Windows 10 Operating System advanced troubleshooting; proficient using Windows registry. Must have Microsoft Office Suite (2010/2016) advanced troubleshooting. Must possess proficiency with Hardware troubleshooting with the ability to pinpoint hardware vs. software issue. Must be responsible for technical troubleshooting, data gathering and GAP analysis for issues impacting end users globally. Candidate can document in detail case status and tasks/work completed with end users in the ITSM system and follow the critical incident process. The ideal candidate should have experience in Windows 2008, Windows 2010/2012, Windows Active Directory, Office 365, Group Policies, Microsoft Office Suite (2010/2016) and Mobile Web Apps, iOS.
