Contract | $55-65/hr | Andover,MassachusettsThis client is an insurance company specializing in claim management and support services. They are based out of Andover, Massachusetts, and seeking an experienced Systems Tester to join their team in a contract to hire role. As the Systems Tester you'll be performing primarily manual tests, along with some automation using Java or JavaScript. This is an individual contributor role, but applicants should have leadership experience as they will have some higher up responsibilities on occasion such as mentoring junior engineers. You'll be required to determine technical requirements, configure requirements, and and perform security best practices, data quality assurance, and business application troubleshooting. Applicants must be able to commute to Andover, Massachusetts Monday through Thursday. This is a 6-month contract to hire opportunity. Required Skills & Experience
5-8 years of QA experience
Extensive experience with manual testing
1+ years of experience with automation testing
Previous experience working in a leadership position (Team Lead)
Stellar communication skills
Ability to commute into office Monday through Thursday is required
