Acclaimed High End Residential Interior Design Firm in search of experienced candidate to support fast-paced Design Team.
Responsibilities include general accounting, preparation and issuance of monthly design bills. General Human Resource Management and analysis/forecasting with the company’s founder & principal will also be required.
Essential Duties
Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close
Maintenance and reconciliation of general ledgers, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
Payroll
Bank statement and credit card reconciliations
Monthly sales tax filings for multiple states
Preparing 1099's for multiple businesses within company umbrella
General human resource and office management tasks
Coordinate annual tax filings and be the primary liaison with CPA firm
Generate and maintain financial reports
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting from four-year college or university; 3-5 years related experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent analytical and communication skills
