Teamwork Installation Specialists are searching for a full-time Billing Analyst to assist with the daily billing functions for our industry clients.
Responsibilities:
Preparing sales orders from various data sources by researching and analyzing information, capturing time and materials along with other job cost accumulations.
Monitoring the flow of the billing process from work order to sales order to final invoice approval, and associated backlog across a multi-city network.
Creating management reports from the billing system data.
Executing other accounting duties as assigned by the Accounting Manager.
Background and Experience:
Minimum of an Associate’s degree in a business-related field of study
Three (3) years of experience with billing in a construction or service-related field is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze field data.
Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
Previous experience with QuickBooks (Contractor version is a plus)
Familiarity preferred with the following programs: Ariba, Service Channel, Coupa, Textura, ProCore.
Teamwork also has clients that require special paperwork. Experience with AIA Pay Applications and Contract Documents is a plus.
