Atlantic Coast Homes, Inc is a Real Estate company with 10 employees and has been in existence for 24 years. We are looking for a responsible, self starting individual to join our team. This individual is knowledgeable with QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and General Computer Skills. A minimum of at least 2-4 years experience is required. This position is full-time.
Responsibilities include:
- Processing A/R & A/P
- Collect monthly rents
- Processing bank deposit
- Paying all bills for multiple companies via QuickBooks
- Processing weekly payroll
- Reconciling monthly statements
- Provide financial reports to owner and accountants
- Interact with Bankers, Vendors, Tenants
- Filing
Starting pay $22 during probationary period of 6 months. After that, pay is commensurate with experience and performance.
