Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to assist our small business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform entries and reconciliation of company checkbook, credit card purchases.
- Enter accounting data into Desktop QuickBooks.
- Perform miscellaneous related tasks as requested.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in basic bookkeeping practices.
- Proficiency and certification in Desktop QuickBooks required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Excel, etc.
Schedule: Initially 4 hours per month in Office, Monday thru Saturday.
