PT Bookkeeper (Everett, MA)
Experienced Bookkeeper needed for min 3 days a week in office (NO REMOTE). Work ranges from 15-25 hours per week. Must have flexibility if we need you more often depending on the time of year. Must be accurate, knowledgeable, have neat handwriting, extremely detailed & organized with a good understanding of accounting, not just entering data.
This position requires handling the fundamental aspects of financial record keeping, includes recording financial transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and recording monthly, quarterly & annual tax forms, etc.
Requirements:
Minimum of 02 years’ experience in Bookkeeping / Tax Preparation Experience a plus
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in data entry and all communication
A professional telephone manner
The ability to use good judgment and efficient problem solving, then

Responsibilities:
Accounting knowledge, not just data entry.
Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks Pro ONLINE
Enter all vendor Purchase Orders & Invoices
Prepare all vendor invoices due for payment
Reconcile Bank & Credit Card Statements
Match vendor invoices to internal purchase orders
Work on all change order revisions
Prepare and submit weekly reports
Follow up on payments due, etc.
Filing of all documents
Reports: Open invoices, Balance sheet, Income Statement, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow, Job Profitability, etc.
