Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and highly professional native Arabic speaker who is also fluent in English to serve as a Property Manager, overseeing guest services and managing our exclusive portfolio. The ideal candidate must be a native Arabic speaker, fluent in English, with prior experience in property management or high-end hospitality, and capable of providing personalized services, especially to guests traveling for medical treatments.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Services:
Meet and greet guests at the airport and provide smooth transportation to their apartment using their own SUV.
Facilitate seamless check-in and check-out processes for all guests.
Offer personalized support to guests, particularly those coming for medical treatments, ensuring all their needs are met during their stay.
Act as the main point of contact for guests, providing assistance with inquiries, recommendations, and local information.
Property Management:
Manage routine and emergency maintenance requests by coordinating with maintenance teams and vendors.
Regularly inspect properties to ensure they are clean, well-maintained, and in compliance with safety regulations.
Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, maintenance activities, and property conditions.
Requirements:
Language Skills: Native Arabic speaker and fluent in English (spoken and written).
Experience: Prior experience in property management, hospitality, or customer service, with a track record of managing luxury properties or high-profile clients.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, and handle after-hours emergencies.
Vehicle Requirement: The company does not provide a vehicle, so candidates must have a reliable SUV for guest transportation.
