## Job Overview
We are seeking a Construction Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative tasks, with a focus on supporting construction projects. As a Construction Project assistant Manager, you will oversee various construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that each project is completed on time, within budget, and meets all quality standards.
## Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating construction project activities
- Manage office tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phone calls
- Support project managers with scheduling and documentation
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
- Assist in preparing project reports and presentations
## Experience
- Proven experience as a Construction Project assistant or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
- Knowledge of office management procedures and phone systems is preferred
- Ability to computerize documents and data accurately
- Ability to transcribe information accurately
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
-Bilingual Skills: Proficiency in English and Portuguese is preferred, but not mandatory.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
