We are seeking a candidate to join our dynamic, growing drycleaners team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing clothing advice and our services information, as well as resolving any customer issues.
Responsibilities:
Provide information about our drycleaning of clothes and related services
Troubleshoot and resolve any customer concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Examine finished clothes and put away
Willingness to learn the industry
​Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Clothing and fabric knowledge would be a plus
Retail experience would be a plus
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
English verbal and some written communication skills
Independent and self sufficient as they will be responsible for the store
Daytime, Saturdays preferred
