Looking for 2 experienced female tax preparers in Quincy and Dorchester, Massachusetts
Training is provided
Candidates need to have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented and have an understanding of tax law.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients to gather information and keep them informed of progress
- Prepare and examine financial records
- Negotiate payment plans
- Prepare and file state income tax returns
- Dispute tax liabilities
- Advocate on behalf of the client to resolve any issues
- Investigate complex tax cases to determine the best course of action
- Maintain accurate and complete client files and records
Requirements:
- Knowledge of tax laws and regulations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
