Our client, a software company located in Waltham, is seeking a Temporary Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate for this position would possess strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, comfortable use of technology including; Microsoft Office Suite and Apple products, and fluency in Spanish and English. Specific duties include understanding the product, providing guidance to oncoming customers over the phone, identifying incidents, resolving problems, and recording updated reports on the data base. This role is Monday through Friday paying up to $17/hour. The hours of this position will vary between two scheduled rotations of 7:00am - 3:30pm and 11:30am - 8:00pm.
