Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases in a courteous manner
Operate the cash register accurately and handle cash, card, or mobile payments
Provide information about products and services to customers, upselling where appropriate
Maintain organised merchandising displays and ensure shelves are well-stocked
Manage returns, exchanges, and refunds efficiently following store policies
Keep the checkout area clean and organised throughout the shift
Support inventory management tasks such as stock replenishment and stocktaking
Assist in maintaining a welcoming store environment by adhering to health and safety standards
