You will be the face behind the phone and the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a positive experience throughout their journey with us.
Responsibilities:
Answer customers’ calls in a prompt, friendly and professional manner
Interface with customers by telephone, electronically, or face-to-face
Schedule customer appointments, and jobs ordered by Mass Save and direct weatherization jobs for three sales personnel
Ensure all customer information is entered accurately into our computer system and Mass Save portal
Email documents and receive documents via Adobe DocuSign
Support administrative tasks including handling mail and assisting with special projects, as requested.
Candidate qualifications should include:
Excellent phone and communication skills
Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently
Must be well organized, able to multi-task and take good notes
Knowledge of Outlook, Salesforce, Adobe DocuSign, postage machine, and telephone systems is helpful
Familiarity with Mass Save would be a plus, but not necessary.
MUST be dependable and have a great sense of humor. We are a fun bunch to work with
