About the Role:
As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll be the front line of communication with our customers — answering questions, providing support, and making sure each transaction goes smoothly. You’ll work closely with customers to manage their shipments, resolve issues, and ensure customers feel informed and cared for every step of the way during their transaction.
This is an in-office role with opportunities to grow. On-the-job training provided.
What You'll Do:
- Communicate directly with customers via phone, email, and text to answer questions and provide guidance
- Help customers understand shipping and insurance options, timelines, and appraisals
- Assist in resolving shipping or transaction issues
- Contribute to improving processes and enhancing the overall customer experience
What We're Looking For:
- Prior customer service experience (phone/email/chat support) preferred
- Confident, clear communicator with strong problem-solving skills
- Able to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Organized and detail-oriented — especially when dealing with high-value shipments
- Comfortable working in a dynamic office environment and collaborating with others
- Reliable, punctual, and able to commute to our office in [City]
