Kelly Services is currently assisting a client of ours that is looking to fill a customer service position within their Pembroke, MA office. The scope of responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following areas:
Customer Service personnel are responsible for making appropriate patient product selections while being cost conscientious of the selected products in effort to conserve company resources. Customer Service personnel are also responsible for focus on quality control matters in being watchful for areas and processes in which quality can be improved.
DUTIES:
Respond to customer inquiries, needs, calls and or letters
Arrange delivery of medical supplies for each patient
Maintain patient case files to HIPAA standards
Complete monthly refill confirmation process
Trouble shooting and problem resolution as needed
Excellent telephone manner.
Knowledge of and ability to use applicable computer software.
Ability to maintain accurate records
Ability to follow written and oral instructions
Ability to establish and maintain harmonious working relationships with other employees
Ability to establish rapport and deal tactfully with persons from varied ethnic, cultural and or economic backgrounds
Ability to exercise sound judgment
Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information
Ability to maintain a calm manner in stressful situations
Demonstrate attention to detail
Balance team and individual responsibilities.

COMPENSATION:
$14.00-$16.00/hourly & Standard Benefit Package

-Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM
