Customer Services Associate

Our client, a leading healthcare organization is seeking a full-time Customer Service & Patient Collections Associate to support their Shared Service Center in Westwood, MA. This temporary position offers a hybrid schedule (1-2 days onsite weekly after training) with free parking and runs for 3-6 months, with potential for permanent conversion depending on budget and performance. Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM, and the pay is $24/hour. Candidates must have updated vaccinations and immunizations, as required by the employer.
