We are looking for the right person, with customer service skills to join our dynamic team. We are a fun, fast paced floral and gift shop in downtown Gloucester. Someone reliable, responsible and outgoing is needed to greet customers, answer phones and maintain our standards of excellent customer service. Other tasks include going out on deliveries(you will need a drivers license and clean record), processing product that comes into the shop, keeping up with the dishes and sweeping, which are constant, and being willing to pitch in with a can-do spirit. We are a close-knit group and work as a well-oiled machine. Communication skills are important.
Saturdays are a must. Other hours are negotiable. Our schedules fluctuate according to workload, holidays and busier weekends. Flexibility and extra hours will be needed during these busy periods. A floral background is a plus but we are happy to train the right person to help out with the floral design. The right fit is important to us.
