The Overnight Desk Agent is responsible for all hotel operations during the overnight shift, including: guest services, (checking guests in and out of the hotel, providing information), ensuring security of the hotel and its guests, assisting guests with requests and performing some administrative and audit functions.
Required Duties
Perform some minor administrative functions, key checks, creating lists for morning operations.
Utilize the hotel’s property management system, process and take reservations, understand hotel policies and perform various cashiering functions.
Ensure the delivery of exemplary standards of excellent guest service.
Exercise security awareness to maintain safety of guests, monitor and control egresses and entryways and perform periodic security checks and ability to multi-task and monitor security cameras.
Assist with guest requests and occasional minor housekeeping duties.
Setting up breakfast buffet dishware.
