New England Driving School is seeking experienced, certified professional driving instructors to join our team full-time. We’re an established, growing school serving Weymouth, Braintree, Hingham, Hanover, Rockland, Abington and Norwell.
What We Offer
Competitive Pay: $23/hr based on experience (35+ hours)
Sign-On Bonus: For certified instructors (paid in two installments at 90 and 180 days)
Full-Time Benefits: Health insurance contribution + 401k contribution
Stable Hours: Consistent full-time schedule (working around our main clientele’s availability, high school students).

Requirements
Must already hold a valid Professional Driving Instructor Certification from the state of MA
Punctual, reliable, and professional.
NOT CERTIFIED? The Registry of Motor Vehicles requires the Driving Instructor Training Course of 65 hours to be completed along with passing a 100 question multiple-choice test to become certified. New England Driving School offers this course with paid training for individuals who are eligible and interested in FULL TIME work with New England Driving School.
