We are an EEC licensed childcare center with 5 classrooms:infants-pre-K and we need a part time person to cover teacher's breaks. The hours are 10:30 a.m - 2:00 p.m. Monday-Friday, but can also be 11:30 -2:00 if that works for you. If you are EEC certified that will be a plus and contribute to higher compensation but it is not a must and we will also work to get you EEC certified if you want to stay in the field. This position will involve spending time in each of our five classrooms and helping with all tasks in that room while one of two teachers step out for a lunch break. Tasks may include helping with lunch and rubbing backs to help children nap. Flexibility and a love for young children is a must.
