Position Requirements:
MINIMUM of EEC Lead Teacher, Child Development Associate (CDA); or ECE Degree or related degree. Will consider experience working with Children, Families and your willingness to obtain the above requirements.
Bilingual Spanish/English (Tri-lingual to include Portugueses is a plus)
Position Specifications:
This is a full-time position Coaching/Mentoring FCC Educators in their licensed Family Child Care homes.
Schedule and support monthly visits to Family Child Care Homes.
Assisting with childcare referrals
Acting as a parent/provider liaison
Support Program quality to enhance child outcomes
