-Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool-aged children
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities
- Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom
- Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in childcare, preschool, or related field (e.g., babysitting, nannying)
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Ability to effectively manage behavior and create a positive classroom environment
- Strong communication skills to interact with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues
- Patience, creativity, and flexibility in working with young children
- Ability to adapt lesson plans to meet the needs of individual students, including those with special education requirements
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate's or bachelor's degree in early childhood education preferred)
