Oogie Art is an art portfolio school founded in NYC 27 years ago. We are looking to hire talented and experienced FULL TIME and PART TIME art instructor who can work with us for a long time.
Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role as a College Art Portfolio Instructor located in Newton, MA. The instructor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students in developing their art portfolios for college admissions, assisting in assisting students in completing their artworks and brainstorming with them to develop ideas for projects.
Qualifications
B.A. or B.F.A. in Fine Art, Studio Art, or related field; MFA strongly preferred.
Relevant experience in academic drawing and painting instruction is highly valued.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to provide constructive feedback and guidance to students
