Smolak Farms Assistant Supervisor of Education and Activities

You are working with great staff of creative and fun people
Hours:
20-30 hrs/week in September and October hours of scheduled time
20 hrs/week November and December
10-20 hrs/week in the off season variable
Job duties of Educational Supervisor:
Part time position administering some the programs that we offer here.
Must be organized and detail oriented.
Prep, set up and break down of each program rerun of story and craft,
birthday parties, festivals, activities and educational tours.
Creativity is encouraged in creating programs.
Keeping the areas clean, sanitary and organized the the barn, greenhouse and under the tents.
Hours are variable and dependent on the season.
Compensation $18-$21 commensurate with experience .
Farm Educational Tour Guides :
.Tour Guides consist of guiding school groups on tractor drawn hayrides
Love Working with School Children or Children in general ?
Must be very friendly, warm energetic farm tour guides !
Compensation $18-$21/hour
Tractor Drawn Hayride Drivers::
Part Time / Full Time Depending on the time of the year
Sporadic throughout the Spring and most of Summer but
weekday and weekend shifts during the busy Fall Season on September and October.
Must have a license and be able to drive a standard but will train.
A happy personality that likes kids is great.
Compensation is $17/hour
Part time / Full time shifts depending on the time of the year
Fall Season is very busy
Weekday and Weekend shifts
Seasonal position and hours can vary
