About Us:
Firefly Family Montessori is a bilingual, nurturing early childhood program located in Andover, Massachusetts. We believe in doing early childhood education differently—by focusing deeply on understanding young children, respecting their developmental journey, and empowering educators in meaningful ways. Who We're Looking For:
We are seeking warm, thoughtful, and passionate individuals to join our growing team. Whether you are already Montessori-trained or eager to explore the Montessori approach, we welcome those who are committed to nurturing children and growing alongside them.
Ideal Candidates Will:
1. Genuinely love children and have a deep desire to understand how they grow and learn
2. Be patient, observant, and either Montessori certified or eager to receive Montessori training
3. Be comfortable with and respectful in providing hands-on care, including diaper changes and toileting support
4. Have strong communication and collaboration skills and enjoy working as part of a supportive team
5. Speak Chinese—not required, but a plus!
