Looking for someone with min 3 years office experience in an architectural firm. Proficient in Revit, can use CAD when required. Needs some familiarity with how to research zoning and building codes who likes to work from home with very flexible hours. Most of my work is residential, 1 fams, 2 fams and multi family dwelling units, quite often with zoning relief as a component. The work consists of a mix of new construction and additions and renovations. I do not focus on highly detailed construction sets, but familiarity with basic building codes such as stairs, egress etc, doing door, window and wall schedules a must. I seek a creative colleague to assist with a variety of project types, who works efficiently, and seeks to get things right. If you have a full time job and are looking to moonlight, that is potentially ok.
