We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage large-scale landscape development and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, field experience, and the ability to lead projects from inception to completion while maintaining quality, budget, and schedule.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Lead the planning, implementation, and execution of landscape construction projects from start to finish.
-Ensure all construction services are delivered per contract specifications, on budget, and on schedule while maintaining a high standard of quality.
-Oversee cost reports, analyze budget variances, and implement strategies to control project costs.
-Present reports defining projects progress, obstacles and solutions.
-Coordinate and manage project changes and timelines to achieve project outputs.
-Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders, building and maintaining trust-based professional relationships. Gathering and analyzing customer needs and interests.
-Assist in the preparation of change orders and coordinating receivables, collections with the office administrative management team.
-Monitor and track construction schedules and budgets, providing timely and accurate reports to stakeholders.
-Proactively identify and address project scope changes, ensuring appropriate adjustments are made to maintain project objectives.
-Maintaining accurate daily and weekly Foreman logs.
-Managing labor force & subcontractors to ensure labor budgets are on track.
QUALIFICATIONS
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with extensive field/build experience on landscape development projects ranging from $1,000,000 to $10,000,000.
-Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, CAD, REVIT, Sage, and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
-Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams, subcontractors, and client relationships effectively.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
-Strong work ethic, detail-oriented, and results-driven approach.
-Willingness to travel as needed for project requirements.
